KDF

Even though GAC is sufficient to correct the problems of 85% of today’s household water, to make the process more complete, we have added the patented KDF to our systems.

KDF significantly removes:

• iron,
• aluminium,
• sulphur, as well as
• heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic & many others) and
• kills bacteria, fungus and algae.

KDF makes our units completely bacteriostatic; no bacteria will grow in the unit and the life of the cartridge is prolonged.

This filter has GAC and Scale, a food phosphate product.

These filter elements are designed to reduce fluorides in drinking water to below 0.5 ppm.

They are constructed with materials which are FDA approved. The A-2 filter element uses activated alumina that has been especially

prepared for the reduction of fluorides in drinking water. Laboratory tests show that this preparation will improve the capability of

the filter to reduce the fluoride levels from 10 ppm F+ to below 0.2 ppm F+. Normal total capacity of the A-2 is over 8,000 ppm F+.

These filters are pre-filters and fit in a 10" housing. They come either as 5 or 10 micon please select the correct one.

The ceramic shell is fitted with an activated carbon block insert containing lead removal media. Benefits: Removal of particles, pathogenic bacteria, cysts, etc. with additional chlorine, organics and lead removal capabilities.
